Hi! My name is Kelly Granger. I'm a design strategist living in the Pacific Northwest. I bring strategic foresight, a systems-minded approach, and human-centered storytelling together to turn ambiguity into impact.
I’ve always been driven by curiosity: how systems work, how people move through them, and how design can bridge the two. As a disabled and neurodivergent person, I’ve learned to navigate complexity with creativity, resilience, and empathy. Those traits shape how I see the world, and how I approach solving problems.
Over the past 17 years, I’ve told stories through design as a web designer, product designer, UX lead, and strategist. My work connects business goals to human needs through systems thinking and storytelling, helping teams make sense of ambiguity and build meaningful things that actually matter.
I’m currently focused on design strategy at eBay.
Before that, I helped scale registry and gifting at Amazon, fashion and registry for Walmart, and brought Columbia Sportswear brands to life through systems design and driving cross-functional collaboration. At Goldstar, I connected people to live event experiences that fit their schedules, and at Vizergy, I learned how to listen intently to understand and triangulate user and business needs.
